Discovery Facilitation

A discovery facilitator helps streamline complex or contentious discovery. Acting as a neutral similar to a mediator, Ryan works with parties to reduce conflict, improve communication, and promote transparency. Trained in eDiscovery negotiation by the Sedona Conference, he helps keep discovery efficient and on track. When disputes reach the court, judges may seek his recommendation, allowing for quicker resolutions and encouraging good-faith negotiations before motions are filed.
