Jackie is an Associate with Newell Dispute Resolution, where she supports the firm’s mediation, arbitration, and court-appointed neutral practices. She brings experience in sophisticated corporate and commercial litigation, Delaware law, and judicial decision-making in connection with the analysis and resolution of complex disputes.

Before joining NDR, she practiced in the Wilmington office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C., where she focused on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Superior Court. Her work included drafting litigation briefs and other court filings, managing discovery in expedited and non-expedited litigation, representing special board committees in connection with litigation and investigations, and drafting arbitration awards.

Jackie previously served as a law clerk to Justice Abigail M. LeGrow of the Delaware Supreme Court. In that role, she drafted opinions, orders, and memoranda, and conducted research across a broad range of Delaware law.

Jackie graduated first in her class from Widener University Delaware Law School, where she earned her J.D. summa cum laude. During law school, she served as a Wolcott Fellow to Justice Gary F. Traynor of the Delaware Supreme Court and as a Senior Staff Editor of the Widener Law Review. She earned her undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Delaware. She is admitted to practice in Delaware and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
